What is the Level Up Meds process?

Utilizing the Level Up Meds platform is a very easy process. Just choose the therapy you need, click “Start My Free Visit” and answer a few medical questions. Our US based doctors will then review your information and prescribe medications when appropriate. You will hear back from one of our doctors in about 24 hours. In some States, a video consultation or live chatting may be required. In those States, one of our doctors will contact you and complete your consultation via the required method.

In most cases, you may be eligible for a consultation at no-cost included with your order. If medication therapy is appropriate, you will be able to purchase it through the Level Up Meds platform at far lower costs than other sites and even cheaper than your local pharmacy.

Of course! You can choose to use your local pharmacy and our doctors can send your prescription to them. However, the cheapest pricing and most convenient option will be through Level Up Meds’s network of affiliated pharmacies. We cannot guarantee drug pricing at your local pharmacy.

When will I be charged for my medication?

You will then be billed for your medications when the medications are shipped based on the treatment plan you select.

Can women use Level Up Meds?

Absolutely! The only therapy that women can’t utilize is for Hair Loss. This is because the medication we offer, finasteride, is not suitable for women.

How old do I have to be to use Level Up Meds?

We only treat patients who are 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18 years of age, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician.

If I’m having an emergency, what should I do?

In case of an emergency please call 9-1-1.

Why do I need to submit a copy of my photo ID and take a picture of myself?

State regulations require that our medical providers see who we are treating. That is why we may ask you to take a picture of yourself and your photo ID.

Level Up Meds offers service in all states except Alaska and all therapies in South Carolina except erectile dysfunction.

Do I need to sign for my order?

No. Your medication will ship via Rush No-Contact delivery but a signature is not required.

How do I changed my credit card?

You can change your method of payment at any time. Just login to your Level Up Meds account and follow a few simple steps.

What if I have a problem with my order or my account and need help?

How long will it take to get my medication?

Once you complete the online visit, you’ll hear back from one of our US-based doctors in about 24 hours (some States require a live chat or video consultation). Medication orders will then be sent to the dispensing pharmacy and shipped.

How can I change my shipping address?

Login to your Level Up Meds account and update your shipping address at any time. Once your medication is shipped and delivered, you can change your address for all future shipments.

Returns

How do I reorder or cancel?

You can login to your Level Up Meds account and reorder or cancel at any time. Otherwise, you will be contacted before your medication will be refilled and billed to your credit card. Your medication will then be shipped.

Can I return my medications once I receive them?

I’m sorry but Federal and State laws do not allow medication returns. All sales are final. If you have a specific concern, please create a ticket in the “Contact Us” section and we’ll get back with you ASAP.
